PS2 Problem when playing PS1 games on the PS2 on a HDTV with component or PS2 to HDMI Converter

All beta versions are buggy because they are beta versions. Which means code isn't well tested, and some approaches or features can be experimental. In example, current experimental features are mostly exFAT support and ZSO compression.

If You have hardware upscaller, then it is him who doing the upscalling from normal video output (no matter from what, composite, component, rgb) to TV output.

Even so, GitHub's OPL is better than PS2-HOME's? Is there a GitHub POPStarter?

But sony component cables can't be considered hardware upscallers, I guess. What about this:
