PS2 PS2 fat fan voltages....

I haven't measured it but I have heard from someone that PS2 fan voltages differ from one model to another:

30000 sends around 5V to the fan weather there is a network adapter or not.

50000 sends around 4V to the fan without the network adapter, and around 6V with the adapter and hard drive installed.

I purchased this fan mod from ebay: https://ibb.co/gdTk00n

Now, the original PS2 fat fan is rated 7V 0.21A ..
The fan on this mod is rated 12V 0.12A ..

My question is, will the fan used in the mod spin fast enough to dissipate heat ? Does it provide adequate cooling ?

Noctua has a 5v (3 pin) and 12v (4 pin pwn) 60mm fans. If the ebay seller included the 12v version then the fan voltage should be fine in theory I believe, unless if the spliced fan connector (male end) to the noctua fan doesn't provide enough voltage. If it matters then use a 2.5" size hdds because they more energy efficient. Check the voltage rating on the Noctua sticker that's on the fan.

I just replaced the noisy fan on my v3 for v9 fan which is WAY quieter.

I meant to say fan for V9-V11 models. I know that voltage is 7V, the original fan on my SCPH-50004 is 0.9A.

My question was "where people bought a NOT NOISY replacement fan for V9-V11 models ?"
The only one i found is very noisy with Network Drive, it seems there is JUST ONE replacement fan around the world and you can see it in the Amazon link i posted above.

Due to this lacking of GOOD third party fan for my ps2's model, i bought the Noctua Fan mod with 3D printed basement and now it's all running silently!
