PS2 Slim goes no signal after pressing select on opl setting

so, i have this slim model 75004 series. it got modchip i am pretty sure. i've done a couple things on it, while iam still new to this modding scene. just opentuna and play some games through smb. i just want to try things, and everything works pretty well until this happened. when it happened, i am on a try to install popstarter and this freaking hand of mine just randomly pressing select when i am at opl menu and my tv just suddenly lost connection with the ps2, and it goes blue screen (or black screen in other tv).

so i want to ask. what do you guys think that caused this to happen?
i still not doing anything really, besides power off and reset at this point, i also dont have other display cable aside the one that i use before. any other suggestion, that i can try maybe?

Which menu exactly have you in mind?
Settings
Display Settings
...
I tried to press on almost every menu and nothing happens.
This button is mainly used to Refresh Games' list at e.g. ETH Games...

oh, and i recently tried to listen seperately through the audio out using rca to 3.5mm. i dont know if this actually matter, but everything is fine, i can hear booting sound, and when i put my game on dvd, i also can hear it plays.

ah, i am sorry for causing you guys troubles. it just a display cable problem. changed my cable, fixed it. it just so coincided for my cable to be broken at that exact timing with me pressing the select button, oh god.

yeah, as i mentioned in my post, i dont have access to try other cable at that time, so, sorry again.
