This is a re-upload of my GUI for PS2PSXe called PS2SX.
There has been no official thread for it since SceneSpain.net closed, so I decided to create a new resource and thread for it here.

It will install, configure, decorate and manage your PS1 (PS-X) games and will allow you to run them from the USB port of your PlayStation 2 with ease and comfort, accompanied of course by an interface design that is pleasing to the eye.

Features:
-Cover art support
-Per-game settings
-Use any desired PS2PSXe revision (all of them, including r202 in the same package)
-And more... just take a look at it

PS2SX uses custom versions of the following applications:
-PS2PSXe
-RadShell
-uLaunchELF

Version 1.3e
-Fixed a regression

Version 1.3dr2
-Added two missing lines of code in the English build

Version 1.3d
-Better memory management
-Metadata fixes

Version 1.3c
-Proper English translation (I think)
-More fixes in the Spanish version
-Properly corrected the configuration error (I think)
-Added POPSY-X

Version 1.3b
-Added an English translation
-Typofixes in the Spanish version
-An attempt to fix the setting not being properly applied issue
-Added the XEB+ integration

Version 1.3
-First Public Release
-Modified the configurator's dialog (the objects were organized) (thanks to @nokiajavi for the recommendation)
-Updated the "About ..." section

Version 1.2 (r1, r2):
-First Release... for the moderators of www.scenespain.net (r2)
-Multi-System (private version 1.1 was only NTSC)
-Added the button "About..." in the main menu
-Updated "About..." box
-Preview now shows the cover of the game (previously it only showed the name and did not load the cover)
-Label2 and Label6 are now disabled fields. This allows the window to be moved without complications.
-Splash screen for the PS2 side was changed
-New PlayStation 2 GUI launcher based on the one used in XEB1.1 (not XEB+)
-"About..." text corrected (r2)

Version 1.1:
-Private Version
-Forced to NTSC
-Bugs corrections

Version 1.0:
-First Release, private version

Hi, do you still have the "EnWolfved 202 (Mod)" .elf for your GUI?
I can't find it anywhere or i don't know how to search it
Also, i tried to use your gui but it always throw a "unknow command" when i try to launch a game, a little help might come in handy, great work simplyfying the process to make ps2psxe work.

Are you launching the application using Administrator mode?
The mod files are inside the package itself.

If PS2 emulators support USB, then probably yes. But this introduce a lot of other issues which You must dealt with. First, You need loader to load it inside disc image (uLE should be sufficient). Second, game compatibility is a lot smaller than PSX emulators offer on PS3.

I see, judging by various of emulation threads on forum, that You desperately looking an PSX emulator outside PC. :) Well, the truth is, do not looking it on consoles side. On all it is painful, including even PSTV or PSC. Just invest into small barebone PC (like Gigabyte BRIX S or Intel NUC) or some cheap Android device and You will get DuckStation, RetroArch etc.

Is it better than popstarter?
PS2SX is a GUI for PS2PSXe.
PS2SX is NOT an emulator, PS2PSXe is the emulator.
In a general comparison, POPS has better overall speed and compatibility, but PS2PSXe has better resolution, improved graphics and runs some games that POPS does not. So, better have both and get the best of both worlds.

Indeed! In fact, there are plugins in PC emulators that improves graphics a lot.
In fact, using the right plugins you can even get rid of the "triangles" on the models. Just compare the right wall and the side of the bookshelf:

Personally I'm not a fan of higher resolution because this breaking texture seamless (edges of textures stop matching to each other, as i.e in screens above on the floor). Also textures smoothing is rather strange, it is not N64. ;P But tessellation, geometry fixes and anti-aliassing are awesome. ^^"

The texture's borders looks awful even on a real PS1 console...
Regarding smoothing textures, well, you can always disable that...

On real PSX or emu in native resolution (I have in mind game engine resolution, not output video resolution), there is no borders on textures because they are designed to be seamless. ;)

Is there any english tutorial ? because I only find spanish and whenever I launch a game it shows me the error in the picture as you can see.Any solution ??

Have you tried deleting the "HWC-PSX" (pendrive) and "PS2SX) (at the C drive) folders and starting again?
Also, remember you MUST launch PS2SX as admin
