PS3 PS3 3 beeps and stays with red light but not flashing

I just got a CECHA01 and when I plugged it in the PS3 immediately beeped 3 times and it got stuck with a red light but it didn't flash . I tried getting syscon error codes and it only showed error A0801200 which according to the PS3 wiki means a CELL thermal error but I'n not sure that's it since the thing won't even turn on to overheat. Any suggestions on what should I do?
