Ps3 Bricked Maybe System Storage Corrupted Due To Ps3 4k Pro Any Fix

So I got System storage corrupted Due to install Ps3 4k any help? Without restore ps3 system aka factroy rest. And also when go to safe mode some options will just loop infinitely if not thx for commenting.
 
Ok man I wanna help but your info as my dad would say "Is about as useful as a one legged man in a ass kicking contest." Gonna need some more info to help. Like your model this is important we need to know if it is NOR or NAND, is everything known to work like BT, BD or WifI. Are you running HEN or CFW and which version are you running. What are you using to reinstall the firmware? USB? Internet? Hard Drive? Then we need to know what file system and partition table helps as well.
