Hey, a few days ago my ps3 stopped recognizing usb in any format , i try with fat32, exfat, ntfs. exfat and ntfs i try to open with file manager by managunz and awansome file manager.

this happened after changing from HEN 4.89 to CFW 4.89

Make sure USB has MBR partition table.
If using exFAT / NTFS make sure you have the latest version of webMAN MOD installed.

What do You mean exactly that PS3 stop recognizing it. What exactly not recognize and by what? And second question, does it working on PC? Maybe pendrive just died meanwhile. ;]

Nothing has changed in USB support between HFW and CFW in CellOS or any homebrew.

I mean ps3 doesn't detect pendrive when is plugged in, and pendrive working on pc, i can copy files on it. other usb devices working

You didn't answer to the first question. It is not precise so we cannot judge if this is even proper observation.

There could be a number of reasons for this, either you have busted usb port or you did'nt format the drive properly
And as berion pointed out make sure it is MBR Partition
use this free software https://rufus.ie/en/

Can you take a screenshot of the USB Disk properties in Device manager using the PC like this?

Also, make sure that you are using USB 2.0 drive only. Note that some of USB 3.0 drives aren't play nice with legacy USB ports which sometimes the USB 3.0 drives keeps blinking rapidly even though inserting it properly.

Then, look for possible loose connection of these USB ports. If occurs, you may want to adjust it or do whatever it takes to make sure that the USB port making contact with the drive.

Try running CMD using this command with administrative rights
diskpart
list disk

It's also curious as you are using exfat not Fat32
It's obviously not showing because only Fat32 is supported in XMB Menu
