PS3 PS3 Fat YLOD

Hi I wanted to know if later fats that have VER-001 board have a big chance to get YLOD as the ones with 90nm RSX and the first consoles that came with 65nm RSX all.
I know that those(VER-001) could have PSU problems and the need for delid only.
