PS3 PS3 Freeze in game and some kind of artefacts?

Patient: Ps3 slim 2004A DYN-001 , Evilnat 4.90 + newest webman
Issue: Freeze in game, and later some kind of "artefacts"?

So I found console with OFW it was freezing in game, so I cleaned it and delided + fresh thermal paste, and nothing changed :(

Here is a video:

- artefacts? Broken game script. They run backward, invisible car, some kind of graphic glitches 8:35

This is the first console I've had this kind of problem. I tried another hard drive, nothing is changed. Same issues happen with or without webman, also on OFW nothing is changing. So I think this is not a software related issue. Errlog is almost clean, only 2 errors 1601 and 1701.

It's possible symptoms of broken RSX? Thanks for help! :)
 
I would double check the placement of IHS's. Especially over the RSX.
Even my non delided slim works much cooler, quieter than yours.
You did something wrong. Make sure you completely clean the old thermal glue from RAM's and IHS too.
Put the IHS's back onto the heatsinks as close as the original positions as possible, and apply a good amount of pressure, and let the thermal paste spread well. Until they no longer float, move.

It's just with TLOU? You could try to update the game and test again.

Same thing was happen before cleaning & delid. Noise is a matter of perspective, my phone was leaning against the side of the PS3.
RSX&CELL IHS's are fine, I have done about 20 delids&repaste before, so Im sure about this. Also there was 28°C outside.

Same after update. Runnig game is easiest way to freeze, same thing happen in XMB after some waiting.
