PS3 PS3 MultiEmu Downloader - All in One OFW Emulator

A misunderstanding... ;)

You asked about possible-USB-options, so my responses were based in the hopes of USB-support (maybe SMB too?) via the only way I am personally familiar (on real PS2 hardware = OPL), and possibly opening up more emulation-options for our PS3-owners in the process.

I tried LOL. :)

Sorry :D

New version in attachment (TempGBA included, source code available on my github). Changes:
- fixed per-game settings
- cheats support - option only in per-game settings - loads only one cheat file per game: "game_name.cht" from main directory (where cfgs, saves are)

Speaking of ReGBA though...
Has anyone been able to get the Individual-Game-Configs to work properly?.. They dont load upon reboot, however they do actually save and appear on MC0... Very strange indeed...
That was really the only thing I had any issues with, as everything saved/loaded/etc properly.

As for game compatibility, it was the same as my actual Real-PS2-Hardware-Tests you were around for just a few years back... Awesome! :D

@belek666
Thaaaaaaaaanks!!!!! :) :D

I wouldve given you several LIKES for this if I could have. ;)

I just wasnt sure that someone actually tried to make it work.

No, thanks, I couldnt really help. My PS3 experience is smaller than yours... :)
I know... Was supposed to be funny... Sorry about that lol. :D

Was a joke DaSA :-p, I would never do something like that, nor wish that kind of attention on anyone here. ;)

TempGBA should be used with 98% of games for best possible compatibility, and ReGBA as needed (as it speeds-up several games, when TempGBA fails ;)).

...from my own personal-previous-testing-experiences...

TempGBA is the version I actually use myself on Real-PS2-Hardware. :)

I get a white screen then an error saying that the rom is incomplete when trying to load up a GBA file ( Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon Fire Red)

Any other emulator that isn't on this thread is not working.
I tried GBA, NEO GEO CD, MAME, SNES STATION 2.5 and 2.6 and none worked, got "forever black screen" when initializing the Emulator on uLaunch.Elf

It does work only Snes Station 2.4 and PGEN that is included on the thread download link.

Test with a game that doesnt require a game config since they do, I havent tried the updated gba emus . It wasnt reading the configs i placed before being updated but I was able to run a few games that didnt need a config

I made some minor changes to your ISO ;) Now you don't need to browse for emus because I added shortcuts. ISO is now 7MB, and is DVD image (not sure it was before). I' so exited to work on PS2 related homebrew again!

Is this useful for what? I made image with this specific file not the main file of the thread, this one i saved as ISO, then i go encrypt ............. should i select DVD or CD? Well.. for me it seems obvious that is DVD since is ISO image. But .. who knows..

Inside the PS2CLASSICS Gui this appear, which i don't have any idea of what the heck is it

Followed by this ...
aeaea.jpg

Anyway i confirm both... and then encrypting finishes.

I make PKG,resign, install on PS3, game start.. i got black screen, after a while, it goes back to ps3 menu..

So.. what i'm doing wrong?

Edit: PS2 Placeholder is installed
PS2 Common RIF/RAP installed too

Select yes. Really you never saw this screen before? Adding LIMG is prompted when creating any ps2 pkg, until you ISO is already not patched with LIMG.

You didn't said how you rebuilding ISO. Is important to not use ultraISO for this image as it break PS2 DVD for HAN. Also there are some restrictions, like file limit in one folder, iso need to be 1GB or bigger. Rom and folder names should follow 8.3 naming standard.

If you have problems with running this iso, then you can use standard iso from first post. Differences are really minor.

From my tests changing flags in ps2netemu config didn't enable usb. My next thought is: w w w. p s devwiki . com/ps3/PS2_Emulation#TitleID.2FDiscID_in_ps2_netemu.self I've renamed ule elf to PBPX_952.39 - Online Start Up Disc v3.0 - which should support usb keyboard but it didn't start and just show black screen and goes back to XMB. Same things happened with unmodified image of Playstation 2 Linux Runtime Environment v1.0 image - strange.

Work or not?
Not. Only InfoNES dlanor Rev.4 seems to work after modify elf file to load libsd from CD. Anyway even then loading roms fail for some weird reason. Emu don't freeze, just blink like start loading rom. Then back to emu menu. This looks like some kind of problem with path, which is weird because you use included browser to select rom.

Actually this command/flag (00000000 000000A0) for PBPX_952.39 can be blacklist. I doubt that $ony want you to boot those kind of stuff on ps3

Is not released, i just modified it by myself to test it. There is no need to release it until it does not fail to load rom.
