PS3 Ps3 slim , blank screen

Hi guys. Got a slim ps3 when i try booting into safe mode it gives me the beeps as it should and then it's a blank screen , any tips and advice would be appreciated.
(Ps3 isn't working and could not rebuild the database )

On the blank screen I kinda tested and I think it is in safe mode but just not displaying , used the control and tried software update and the indicator on the flash drive was blinking showing that it is reading from the USB after selecting update (blindly).

Wait, you have video either with the A/V-HDMI output?

Remove the HDD from the console, and test again with both outputs. If you still haven't any picture, then it could be the panasonic chip that's damaged and it's scrambling the RSX-A/V chip, or both output chips are damaged (thing that I saw myself), oooooooor, the RSX is dead or needs a rework.

Tried the rca cables on an old TV (somehow was a blank screen when connected to a newer led tv with the rca cables), and then safe mode worked, used option 5 restore ps3 system. Put ofw on a USB and it's working now...
