PS3 PS3 Slim CECH-2004a GLOD

Hi I bought a PS3 slim that has a glod as a project to try and fix it but im not sure what is going on. It was full in dust so i cleaned everything in it and then tried to start it up but this didn't fixed it. When it turns on the hdd light blinks only once and then nothing it just sits at green light. I have also tried another working hdd but it didn't worked. Any thoughts about this? When i will have the time im gonna check the components with a multimeter to see if anything is wrong but is there any sheets to see what are the right numbers of the components?
