if new hen 2.2.1 install on your ps3 before installing you have to delete hen folder from ps3's dev_hdd0:\hen\ hen folder using file explorer may be helpful for your ps3 and also may be stop freeze when enable hen
 
Guys im having weird issue:
"Exchanging key information timed out. WPA key may be incorrect" always while testing connection. doesnt let me sign in and do nothing thru internet..Plzzz help
Also it shows the signal strength as not connected
I tried using hotspot of phone by removing all security and keeping it at none that worked and updated hen to 2.2.1 but when tried to connect to pass protected networks it just fails

We are having a bug in XMB when we press PS Button ingame icons in game column take time to load and some apear two times without icons, when can only quit games or boot other games by holdind PS button for a I time and return to normal XMB.
 
GUYS!!!!! HELP
ok i just updated to 2.2.1 an i restarted my ps3 now when i enable hen i get the green box flipping but then my ps3 just shuts down... i turned it on and all is fine but when i enable hen it does the same thing any body having this problem... i haven't reinstalled yet should i try that? i updated with the ps3 hen not usb

Make sure to make as homepage for best results! Also nothing is needed to install or only internet needed to install, JUST FOLLOW ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS!

I don't think it is related to HEN..

Dude, stop posting the same thing over and over again. Just wait. Since you've provided no information, the only thing I can suggest is trying to disable you internet connection before enabling hen to see if it helps since it seems to be causing issues with multiman for some people.

If you want additional help, give more info. How did you install it? Which version did you install? Which ps3 model do you have? Did you have an older version installed before, if so, which one?

IM on V 2.1.1 the newset version and im on PS3 slim 2503A i wanted to install CFW but my dump.hex the 1st dump, would get 2 errors on ROS1 and ROS0 Hashes tho i installed HFW twice and one via recovery mode i can't seem to delete HAN or HEN Off my PS3 or make it work

coldboot, yes. it's not encrypted. though, it's quite a bit different from the current coldboot. someone on here tried using it, and iirc, there were some graphical glitches, but it worked. even if the coldboot is corrupted or nonexistent, the system will still boot up like nothing's wrong.

ok i just installed it set as homepage an still giving me the same problem i went through the instructions step by step an when i power on my ps3 super slim i go to enable it does the same thing i see the box flipping an then shuts down my ps3 completely no power no red light but i can turn it back on everything is fine its only just when i enable it does that any help should i format an reinstall?
 
I wonder if someone has a similar issue or could help me diagnose it.
After updating to HEN 2.2.1 FTP on PS3 stopped working correctly. I can browse directories, delete and transfer small files, but trying to transfer something bigger drops speed to zero and never transfers at all. I tried everything I could: downgraded webman mod twice, used other backup managers, standalone ftp server, the problem stays the same. Switched from FileZilla to WinSCP. Used wifi, ethernet. Different modes and settings for the clients. Nada.
The only thing I was not able to try is downgrading HEN to 2.1.1 because even if I mount with xmbmods.co/b it won't allow me to install the package and throws an error at me. I wonder if I am missing something. Any help would be appreciated.
 
I think I'll pass this one for now, nonetheless I appreciate the efforts of all the people involved that work for noobs like me to have a ps3 with a lot of possibilities like to play my old dusty ps2 games again via ps2classics support.

If you are enabling HEN do not do that and straight mount dev_blind. Then try to install the PKG also could you send me the PKG you are using to downgrade?
