On my CFW rebug xmb mod collection I can do cold boot sounds and I have similar options on my HFW HEN system but I specifically don't see cold boot sounds

error opening file(s) ? get same problem and joonie tell me to install PS3 SDK i download it and install it now the compilation works fine but when work finish it say sprx is too big!

Edit.: I was able to reproduce the issue. It occurs when webMan is loaded.

Idk what I did to have these black screen problems, I took screenshots from multiMAN to see if I had some plugin that cause black screen problems, I did changed nothing these are stock plugins when I installed webMAN and HEN.
Idk if some plugins are making issues or there is some plugin that would be needed for webMAN and multiMAN running at same time

Hello, I need to verify. My PS3 is still on HEN 2.2.2. Can I skip 2.3.0, and go with 2.3.1 right away? I am going for the recommended installation. Going through the XMB and update HEN from there.

Yeah, I was able to reproduce the issue, but I don't know what is causing it yet. To be able to use multiman, I used the shortcut R3 + L3 + R2 to remove webman mod from memory.
 
after this hen update (2.3.1) multiman is freezing at startup if webman is running. After the update, hen toolbox had to be re-enabled as usual, the ps3 rebooted. Hen toolbox was there and weirdly multiman worked with webman running. Rebooted once more only to see the hen toolbox completely disappeared and multiman is freezing again :(
 
Quand j'active le "HEN-2.3.1" sur ma PS3 CECH-4204C j'ai ce message qui s'affiche :
- "Could not resolve update host!"; le HEN est tout de même activé, je peux lancer mes jeux via le WebMAN. Je précise que ce message s'affiche presque immédiatement si le réseau est désactivé dans la PS3 ou, s'il est actif, via Ethernet (câble) sur un switch en 1 Gb qui me permet de connecter la PS3 aux ordinateurs en réseau. La connexion WiFi ne me sert que pour les mises-à-jour du HEN à l'heure actuelle.

Ce message est-il normal ?
Indique t'il un souci possible ?

When I activate the "HEN-2.3.1" on my PS3 CECH-4204C I have this message that appears:
- "Could not resolve update host!"; the HEN is still activated, I can launch my games via the WebMAN. I say that this message appears almost immediately if the network is disabled in the PS3 or, if it is active, via Ethernet (cable) on a 1 Gb switch that allows me to connect the PS3 to computers on the network. The WiFi connection only serves me for updates to the HEN at the moment.

Is this message normal?
Does it indicate a possible concern?

Guys I need help
I just installed hen v2.3.1 and my Han toolbox vanished so I tried to install the Han toolbox after installing now hen enabler is vanished,
So in this case if I want to install iso/folder games without converting to pkg and resigning the pkgs and raps, should i stick with the hen enabler or han toolbox? please someone should clarify the situation I just want to install games without converting and resigning games

I think that multiman blackscreen issue might be a conflict between the multiman and the webman mod full version which have built-in NTFS drive plugin. Usually, unloading webman mod fixes the black screen issue but most likely it's a hit and miss. Uninstalling the current webman mod and reinstall the lite version could fix this. It's all about memory limit issue.

Lite Version of webMAN has FTP Service and Fan Control like Full Edition? What's the difference between them?
