Thanks for everyone who worked hard or contributed for this project. I have a question.
I know that with this hen a lot of plugins and some features were also added.
Can someone explain what those plugins or extra features are and how can we use them . I don't know if I'm asking for too much but it would be great if someone gives some guidance or at least some info about this. Thanks in advance and thanks for your time.

HEN 3.2.0 payload is available for HFW 4.84.2, 4.85.1, 4.86.1, 4.87.1, 4.88.1, 4.89.1, 4.90.1

i dont know if i did it right or wrong but i just downloaded the PS3HEN.BIN_CEX_486 and renamed it to just PS3HEN.BIN and replaced the one in dev_rewrite/hen and rebooted and while eveything seems okay so far no freezes or anything homebrew still works i noticed that the HFW tools is gone

it is improved with 4.90! the problem with writing to flash was fixed. it installs full, official hen by itself, so no need to install the pkg after the installer completes. it is easier and quicker than ever.

I tested and it's a great work, work very well and quickly !!!!!
but i don't see "Enable HEN" on category_game.xml file, where is it please ?

Need to put a big red notice that WebMAN Mod needs to be uninstalled first to install this HEN gracefully. Blank boot_plugins.txt on USB saved me. Holding R2 didn't work.

There's a problem with hen when I try to download it it says welcome to hen 3.20 and it is frozen when I reboot the PlayStation 3 it is not there and when I try to do the alternate it also just freezes but when it says preparing

it does not use hen to install hen so it will get the job done. when you try to enable hen, press down R2 before the welcome message shows and keep holding it down untill the message shows

it was moved into its own xml file. check the readme/change log of hen, it should have the file's name.

The release pkg is for 4.90 only, but as Aldo said, the payloads are available for 4.84 - 4.90.

We will be releasing 3.2.1 soon, which will support lower firmware again in pkg, with resources.

This is because in the new resources, some paths have changed, mainly XML. So the hfw tools will not load, unfortunately.

I am not sure exactly what you are referring to, but there were 2 plugin templates added to github repo. One for user (sprx) plugins, and one for system (kernel) plugins.

These templates work fine and are a good starting point, but the kernel one will be updated at some point to make more compatible with other features, such as mappath.

This is a known problem with outdated webMAN-MOD. You can place a blank "boot_plugins.txt" on a USB drive and then load HEN. After it loads, update your WMM package with pkg manager, install new WMM and reboot.

This is addressed in next 3.2.1 update
