PS2 PSX DESR 5700 ejects disc out without reading

Hello,
i bought me a PSX DESR 5700 but the console have the problem that it ejects the disc immediately.
The lasers are not moving and the motor for the discs-tray is not spining.
I cleaned the lasers an the disc drive with isopropyl alcohol at the weekend and after that the disc were readed and the motor started. But when i installed the console back at my tv it doesnt work anymore.

Do you have an idea what could be the problem of the console?
Could it be the ribbon cables for the disc drive? And if thats so, wich cables should i buy to replace the broken ones. I couldn't find any service manual to find the serial number for the cables.

In another forum i read that it could be a fuse on the board, maybe the one for the usb slot, but usb is working fine.

Do you have any idea whats wrong with the disc drive?

have you fixed this, I have a 5100 with the same problem but i have fixed it, In the DVD drive there is 4 small switches 2 on top and 2 under the top cover by the cogs under a plate held in with 2 screws with a motor connected. I found the switch in the middle of the board faulty. Its operated by a plastic peg on the cog. I have fully cleaned the switch with lots of contact cleaner and 99.9% alcohol and now its fixed

I have the same problem. Can you explain in more detail to me how did you fix it. In the r/PSXDVR and r/consolerepair I even have a video of my PSX 5000 taking the disc and ejecting it without even spinning
