restore ps3 database

Hello! I have a ps3 super slim with HEN 4.89, with some games installed. I would like to know if when restoring the ps3 database through safe mode I will lose the unlock or any game? Or game mods.
Taking the opportunity, I would like to know if restoring the file system through the same security mode makes me lose the mods installed in the games. Thanks in advance.

I think restoring PS3 database deletes your act.dat so you will need to activate again .

In databases there are written, playlists, contents of PARAM.SFO of games, saves, trophies and psx/ps2 saves taken from index/MCFS on VM1/VM2. Only. Rebuilding database means deleting old, creating empty and scan all this junk to fill it again.
