PS3 SLPM-65098 config for PS3? (Maybe the wrong place to ask, sorry)

Is there a config for the "Saigo no Uta" version of Silent Hill 2 (SLPM-65098) to be used with the ps2classics gui? None of the ones from the database seem to work. This is the only version of the game I have so a US copy is out of the question... I've been using the generated PKG files with hen, I really love the way the PS3 outputs the game in 480p.

So in theory the US GH version is the same as the JP "Saigo no Uta" version but I'm a bit lost (idiot)... how exactly would I make this into a working config file? Every time I open a config in notepad it's just digital gibberish I can't make any sense of. Any help would be appreciated ^^

Ok so I realized I was being dumb as hell trying to open these in notepad. Ignoring that, I tried to make my own config for the Greatest Hits version that (should) be 1:1 identical to the JP DX ver (The default language is the only thing different, I've heard) and all I get is a black screen upon booting and I sometimes have to do a hard shutdown on my PS3. Can somebody help me out here, maybe? Before anyone suggest I download the Greatest Hits version, I simply Do Not Have It. Saigo No Uta is just what I have so... I'm kinda stuck just trying to figure this out. No idea how to use a hex editor or anything so if you know what you're doing and think I'm an idiot please enlighten me. It would help. (also when I say none of the configs work I mean they all have The Famous Leg Issue). also I forgot to mention I'm using HEN (I got that Super Slim Swag)

Is there a mysterious PS3 wizard I can contact anywhere who can help?

I think you came for the right place, here is the place to discuss stuff like that for playstations etc. and the configs are encrypted, thats why it should not work.
