PS3HEN Some Games Won't Launch

I have 3003-B model Slim model with 4.88 HFW and 3.0.3 Hen. Last day this problem was started. Everything is fine until yesterday. I've played some GTA V and turned off my console. Today when i want play Gran Turismo 6, it doesn't work. Every launch console freezes. I've plug off and plug in multiple times but it happens every time. Console's HDD Led stops blinking. Game located on External HDD.

- I tried these things:

- Remove Webman and try Launching.
- Reinstall entire HFW and HEN and try again without Webman.
- Deleting all of Webman configs and try again.
- Trying launch in IRISMAN.
- Building Database and Restore Disc both.
- Moving game backup external to internal and try again.
- Take off HDD and plug it again.(Also benchmarked HDD with PS3 but SMART data seems fine.)

After these tryings same games still won't launch. After resolutioning HDD led stops blinking and console freezes. I don't know what should i do because i don't know exact problem.

These games won't work:
Call of Duty: Ghosts
Gran Turismo 6
Formula 1 2014

These games will work:
GTA V
Birds of Steel
Call of Duty: World at War

I'm not tested all of games.

Try to defragment the external USB HDD in PC

I think i fixed the problem. The main problem is game data. All games i said i'm playing frequently and installed all of stuff. I've deleted game data(updates etc.) games begun work. What messed up these data i dont know.
