Swap PS3 Slim Blu-Ray drive

Hi everyone, I've two PS3 Slim both CECH-25xx: one not working (datacode 0D) and one working (datacode 0C).

The Blu-Ray drive of the 0C one is working with cd/dvd but doesn't fully read games, sometimes yes but mostly no. I want to swap the 0C drive with the 0D one, which i'm sure it's 100% working.

Do I just need to swap it, or is there a specific procedure to follow? A fully detailed guide would be nice, thanks

I think you can swap them right away, as both consoles are the same model and have the daughterboard embedded in the motherboard.

No that I'm aware of for the Slim 25xx model.
