PS3 Syscon Diagnosis Help

Hi there, I'm new here. I'm trying to figure out what's the problem on this CECHK-04 (65nm RSX), unsealed but with without any intervention on the board. Here's the errorlog:

Something strange happened: the console have a 6+ seconds of ylod. But if I try to put the console in vertical sometimes it boot up, but the same happens when I try to trigger the bluray drive: it seems that once pressed the eject button the console stay on for more than 10 seconds, showing something at video.
The PS3 has HEN installed if it can be important (I saw something related hen and 1701 errors online).

Something similar to the bluray drive happens when I remove the hdd.
P.S. To sum up:
- Console has HEN installed
- Console can start into recovery mode, but as soon as I connect (or disconnect) via wire the dualshock, it immediately shutdown with ylod.
- Console seems to stay a bit more on if I try to engage the disk drive with the eject button.
- I tried with a new hdd and without any hdd: it turns from a 6 sec ylod to a 20+ sec ylod.
- I tried to detach the bluray drive from the board, nothing new happened.
I suspect something related to NEC/Tokins (and I hope nothing related rsx), because no 3034 (or similiar) errors occurs and cause the wiki associate the 14FF (Check Stop) to a sequence 1601/1701 errors and a 3034.
