PS3 Syscon Error 1002 NEC TOKINs?

Hi,

so the story is that I did repasted my CECHC a while ago, while doing so I damaged the rubber foot (cover) which covers the screw for the Top Plate.
This anoyed me so I decided to buy any broken fat lady just to savage that part, so I got myself a YLOD CECHG for 20€.
When I got it, I thought, I might as well fix it, so I checked the Syscon, only 1002 in there.
When it sits for a while it runs about 5sec before YLOD, after it was turned on, it YLODs again almost instant.
Is it possibly, that this might accually be bad Caps, how would I test that, just measure the ripple on the vcore of the RSX?
