i copied the PS3_DISC.SFB file and the PS3_GAME folder from a game of the root of an empty fat32 formated usb stick and mount this as bdvd but when i run the game it starts to a blackscreen and goes back and shows me an errorcode!

do we need somthing special to get it work?

I have no idea, it was left in by mistake, all I do is add links to tools that Team PS3Xploit provide, so you are asking the wrong guy.
