You will not lose anything by upgrading, neither your account nor your save data.

which one should I upgrade to Rebug or Evilnat?
may I ask how to upgrade ?
Rebug 4.86 Lite is the latest Rebug version. If you aren't bothered about going online (PSN) then stick with it; otherwise go with Evilnat 4.88. As for how to upgrade - just install the PUP via USB the same way you installed Rebug.

But on the Evilnat thread page on the "tested on" Section my PS3 model isnt included?

Several models are tested by those who have hardware flashers in case something goes wrong, so the list is the models it was tested on and not just the models it is compatible with as any CFW compatible model can install it. Not every model is tested, but having several models tested with the firmware is thorough and shows it is reliable and working right.

Mine is a 2503A slim, but I know I could install Evilnat 4.88 if I wanted to, but I'm happy on 4.87 Ferrox Cobra - which was probably not tested on my specific model, but the point is it doesn't need to be. Hope this helps :)

CFW 4.88.2 Evilnat Cobra 8.3 [CEX] [noBD]
CFW 4.88.2 Evilnat Cobra 8.3 [CEX] [noBT]
CFW 4.88.2 Evilnat Cobra 8.3 [CEX]

No problem. You only need noBD/noBT versions if your disc drive prevents you from launching games/apps from the XMB, and/or your BT module is not working. Assuming your console is in full working condition, go for the bottom one which I've highlighted from your post.
