PS2 USBUtil Error Can't Extract ISO (Spanish Error Language)

Usually everything went smoothly, I extract the game's ZIP, no error. Checking the ISO using PowerISO (opening it), no error too.

Then I plug in my HDD, open USBUtil, choose create game from ISO, loading (processing), error....
It said to restore disk space, I did it but nothing happens.

*The game is GTA SA from "SEN"
*I previously already installed GTA SA and have no problem when I install it, but that GTA version is different from gta that I have played before. Because of that I got this error...
