Today i brought a second hand AC III LIBERATION for the Vita System
And I though that the Graphics were okay but not good ( blurried)
And i set it to the vita's resolution via VitaGrafix ( it can be set higher, turning on AA and etc)
This is the Result
Normal
Increased

Increased
Since the results are really good and looks even greater than the screenshots on the vita's screen
I was wondering since we can overclock ( in theory) the PS3 gpu ( the actual rsx is downclocked) via syscon/lv1, in the XCG settings as @M4j0r stated, If we can do a similar way in the PS3 to get better graphics ( maybe closer to 1080p, since some vita games can be set to resolutions even highter than it's resolution) by Changing it's internal resolution and overclocking it's gpu/cpu to get more fps)
