I was wondering if there was an existing download_iplugin.h out there in order to use download_interface. As it's not included in the vsh directory of your source & I searched for it in vain, I am not optimistic but I thought I would ask anyway....

Have you tried to create a download_plugin.h using the interface documented (by mysis??) in the wiki:
Download plugin - PS3 Developer wiki

I suppose I should start a thread in Developer Discussion rather than here to discuss this? I hate derailing threads...

Actually, most of writing download_iplugin.h is straightforward however if I compare with some of the plugins existing header file, there are some changes for a few parameters,
Consider game_ext_plugin.h for example, most uint8 parameters translate into void* (for instance in functions 1,25,26 & 28) but a few become int in the existing header file. (for instance parameter 1 of function 7).

As a result, a small amount of parameters on download_plugin make me wonder...

Do you have any explanation for that?

I have always assured that it wouldn't be deleted by installing a PKG with a GameDate PARAM and ICON as a sorta place holder, when I haven't had XMBM+ installed that is :p

Hello PSX-Place community.
I have issues with webman-mod and the "Trophy list" when is activated the Offline Mode.
I have tried to rebuild database and reinstall the firmware, but nothing. So I have downgraded my console, HDD externally formatted and CFW reinstalled. Seem solved, but after some reboot the problem returns.
Anyway seems that problem is present from version 1.43.20. Other users have that problem? Now my system run HABIB 4.46 v1.03 Cobra 7.2 with webman-mod 1.43.25.

THANKS to Aldostools, M@atsumot0 and all the people involved to this project!

you're right bguerville... ...is impossible to enter inside the Trophy list from XMB.
In addition before formatting my PS3, when launching games, I had the error 80022D90. After format the problem 80022D90 seems solved, but now when a game try to save, give only corrupted file.
Deactivate the offline mode all problems are solved.

Have a look at this thread.
The error code is Trophy related.

You should wait for aldostools confirmation though as it happens only in offline mode.

If ever it's RSOD related, you could use XMB CFW Settings to launch RSOD fix from XMB.

Does it happen on every game or only on that game? I haven't experienced that error... it could be the game trying to synchronize the trophies.

Offline mode only blocks the address of several PSN servers in LV1 and LV2. When the syscalls are disabled, the server addresses are restored.

I never seen RSOD on the console, but probably I have to try your advice.

It appear with every game and the synchronization of trophies is disabled.

I have made two test:
 1. with "PSN Lock" disabled and the use of "Block PSN Servers" options (webMAN.xml) seems don't have in-game problems
 2. the version 1.43.16 don't have that problem

It looks wMM related rather than rsod if wMM 1.43.16 works!!
You should maybe wait before trying rsod fix aldostools might come up with an answer regarding wMM..

The functions "Block PSN Servers" in 1.43.16 and 1.43.26 are almost identical, except that I added blocking for all URL that start with "hxxp://p" in LV1 (that is all *//playstation.net*) for additional protection.

If disabling "PSN Lock" doesn't produce the error... avoid that option. Also you can try blocking the servers with PSN Patch...

Emmmm..., an stupid idea:
Folder "XMBMANPLS" not in "/dev_hdd0/game/" but in "/dev_hdd0/tmp/"?

Anyway, thx for ya excellent work & for the answers.

Greetz

I have updated the webMAN Updater to also install the ICON0.PNG and PARAM.SFO in /dev_hdd0/game/XMBMANPLS if they don't exist as bitsbubba suggested.
I haven't tested it yet, but the folder now should not appear corrupted after rebuild the database.

Yay, thx Aldos. I will check this out tomorrow.

I know that options have the same function, I only made a test to understand the problem. I leave "PSN Lock" as you suggest.
Anyway wMM have to possibility to launch commands at boot?

Thanks for your time dedication.

"Remap USB000 to HDD0"

I don't understand this feature. What does it do?
It does what it says.
It redirects access from /dev_usb000 to /dev_hdd0/packages
You can use it to download stuff to your hdd.
However you still need a usb key in the usb port for it to work.
Remap.
Open the browser & start a download.
It will ask you to confirm the download to your usb key, press start to start downloading, your file will end up on the internal hdd instead of usb.
Ignore the error message at the end of the download, it doesn't matter.
Unmap when you've finished downloading.
