PS3 Webman went missing , pkg's won't install

(I'm completely new to this)
I bought a jailbroken phat ps3 with evilnat cfw... My brother went through some buttons on sertings one time I haven't watched him using the console,and it somehow made the Wedman games folder missing, but the multiman is still there so we can still play games, however, upon trying to install pkg's, the console won't install it, just blinking 0% bar will appear before telling us it can't install:<

I'm kinda sad because of this, I've spent plenty of my commission saving to have my very first console, I hope someone could help me:<

(I don't have any pc/laptop, I'm thinking of restoring the original firmware, then jailbreaking it again, but I only have a ft32 usb to usb-c, I used my phone to download jb folder games)

You don't need to jailbreak your console again.

First verify that Cobra is enabled. If it isn't, enable it. Disconnect the USB drives before reboot.

If webMAN MOD still doesn't load try reinstalling it.
If that still doesn't help, reinstall Evilnat CFW and reinstall webMAN MOD too.

If webMAN MOD loads, go to /setup.ps3 check the option Disable content scanning at startup. Save the settings. This will prevent that webMAN scan the games every time the system boots.

Unfortunately for me, that's one of the issues, I can't install pkg's, The cobra is enabled, but pkg's won't install, it'll just bbe a blinking zero percent bar,untill it shows and error occured,and later,the console will shutdown it self,and then telling me to plug the controller to restart it. that's why I cant reinstall webman mod. I guess ny last straw here is reinstalling evilnat cfw, thanks!

Update: reinstalling evilnat had been the trick, all is fine, and pkgs can now be installed, I've already installed evilnat mod, Thanks!
