PS3 Weird YLOD

Hi guys, i hate to open ylod thread but i can't find solution to my problem. I have FAT PS3, CECHL04 VER-001 board. It YLODs every time with delay, it eventually boots to xmb. tried to read SYSCON error log with UART but it always fail,( i tried everything: switching tx and rx wires, reinstalling python, drivers, always getting auth1 response invalid). So i gave up and tried cleaning the console and replacing thermal paste, since there was almost no thermal paste on cpu and rsx. Same thing. It boots to xmb after several ylod shut downs. I tought about installing cfw and then using syscon reader to pull error log on USB, but im affraid it will shut down in the middle of jailbreak or flashing. Fan is not so loud so i don't think delid would help, or maybe it would?

UPDATE:

I was dumb. I totally forgot that VER-001 is Sherwood not Mullion, and whole this time i was entering CXR into console instead of SW. After i watched @RIPfelix's video it came to me that i made a mistake, and i don't know how i missed it. Anyway i managed to read Error log and in 9 errors 2 are repeating one after the other. First A0802124 and followed by A0801002 (i'm guessing the second one have to do something with CPU, i will now check devwiki and see if there is anything i can do.

UPDATE 2:
Success! After replacing 2 NEC/TOKIN capacitors, console booted up, and was able to stay on for about 2-3 minutes. I have powerd it down, so i can replace thermal paste and will test it out more. One thing thconfuses me is, error 2124 i was getting. Its AV or HDMI encoder as i read online, but i had video on AV and HDMI when YLOD was present. Strange
