I do not know if XEB+ is using that or not, but the video was taken on a SCPH-50004 (this is the HWNJ's PS2) and my PS2 is a SCPH-79001 (slim).
If XEB+ is using it for whatever it is used, it works perfectly on these two models.

I prefeer it light blue, indigo or cyan.

My XEB+ BETA haves no theme selector on the menu and no PNGs, JPGs or BMPs inside the Memory Card. I do not know if the special one haves it, but it seems to be older, so probably not.

@HWNJ should consider making a pc tool to test themes tho that would be cool people dont want to test their shit with the ps2 every time for a lazy person like me it would be a good tool to add to consideration.
 
I will go tomorrow (2018-10-22) to @HWNJ's place to give him my BETA test reports and ask him which screenshots I can post.

If you have something to ask him, feel free to leave the questions here.
I will come tomorrow at 8:30AM~9:30AM (Cuba's time) to grab all the questions here and will go to his home at 12:00M ~ 1:00PM, and then I will return here at 3:00PM~4:00PM to bring you his answears.

I had plans for releasing a BETA for foreigners but it became an issue with validation. I talked about this with @sp193 but it go to a dead road when I managed to get it working but consuming more space (and OSDSYS replacements haves a size limit, specially on Slim consoles).
So, I end-up with no comfortable way to get online and XEB+ getting "leakable" in a BETA, so I paused every world-related stuff and started a local BETA test.
I have plans for releasing a BETA for everyone in the world 1 week early to the official release, so I won't care if it gets leaked on that period.

Well, I am almost perfect. Actually I have a kind of rare issue right now. If I get outside, I should do it with socks according to the doctor as I must get no dust on the toes, etc. But if I get out with socks, my feets starts itching, like I have bad blood circulation. If I get out with no socks (like now) it will be against what my doctor said, but if I get with socks, my feet will be itchy all the time. So, I ended doing what the doctor said... staying at home.

Reason 1: I will like to show 2 weeks and these captures will spoil almost everything
Reason 2: I hate Bratz games and she only take screenshots installing/configuring/managing Bratz games on USBInstaller and PSXtreme
