can you specify how ? i set the dns on ps3 network setting and still doesn't work

can confirm this worked for me BGToolset worked fine.

i ended up using 1.1.1.1 for the secondary DNS though

The page loads but when the framework starts It returns the follow errors.

So, I have trying to use this method and had nothing but failure doing so. I been trying to access the link using both DNS address and most of the time the browser would say "The page cannot be displayed (80710102)", a couple of times it did go through and said that the plugin confirmation wasn't successful. I had made a mistake a couple of times by not exiting the tool before closing out the browser and it made my ps3 crash and restart. Has anyone else had this issue or having this issue? Thank you

did you go to direct to the link? "www.** ** www.ps3xploit.net > Domain no Longer owned by team** (NEW URL = http://ps3toolset.com) > Domain no Longer owned by team** (NEW URL = http://ps3toolset.com/bgtoolset" you have to enter that link in its entirety, if you press triangle and go to "File" in the web browser theres a spot to manually enter a link, thats worked for me 3 times now in the last week, hope that helps!

I just tried that and still same error im going to reinstall the ps3 software from usb to see if that helps. Thank you revak for the fast response

hmm, and you have the primary DNS as "173.245.58.122" and the secondary DNS as "1.1.1.1"? i havent tested the site since yesterday, unless something new has changed this should still work.

I do I'm almost wondering if it's my router from my ISP. I just Factory reset my ps3 and used the second DNS address and 1.1.1.1 but no success, same error as post above. I may try to get on a different internet source to see if it's my internet provider.

that could be the issue, are you in the US?

Now I have not tested this workaround to confirm whether everything works, but in theory either of the custom Cloudflare DNS IPs below might do the trick and let you access the ** ** www.ps3xploit.net > Domain no Longer owned by team** (NEW URL = http://ps3toolset.com) > Domain no Longer owned by team** (NEW URL = http://ps3toolset.com domain in the browser.

If some of you want to give it a try, let me know how it goes.
If it works as I expect it should, it will not be the most practical of tricks but better than nothing for the time being.

Just do that and it worked BUT
I had to go to router settings and change the DNS Server because in my PS3 directly, didn't work. I have EVILNAT now. Thanks team

I wish I had access to my router but my Internet provider does the settings sadly, but I found out that the mobile hotspot worked as well. I'm glad you found another way in case someone else has this problem. Also Enjoy your new Custom ps3 Nightheron!
 
Wow Im such a newb. but I can Confirm Aug112022 the "tricky" way works. i was able to access the toolset. I came and shit my pants all in one night. (word of advice, dont sit to long on the site, i think i timed out hence the brownie) but tryed again and it worked. thanks every one and BG especially.
 
We are currently setting up new domains, new hosting, new registrar and new SSL certificates, all outside US reach, trying to reduce the risk that what just happened doesn't happen again. We are going to merge the various ps3xploit sites hosting ahead of schedule and we intend to share the online services we purchased with all serious console related project holders that may ask for it.
We will make an announcement about all this at the appropriate time.
It will probably take another few days for the Toolset to come back up, with a new URL.

Please be patient, I also wish donators to know they didn't donate in vain, and hopefully they'll find the services to be better than they ever were before.

It worked when tried on PC so I don't see why it wouldn't on PS3.

It works, I have just installed 4.89.2 Evilnat. I was able to access www.** ** www.ps3xploit.net > Domain no Longer owned by team** (NEW URL = http://ps3toolset.com) > Domain no Longer owned by team** (NEW URL = http://ps3toolset.com and use the toolset to enable CFW

Yes, you should still be able to use that DNS trick temporarily however iirc the SSL certificate should expire soon and it won't be able to auto renew itself with the domain DNS servers reset the way they are, the ** ** www.ps3xploit.net > Domain no Longer owned by team** (NEW URL = http://ps3toolset.com) > Domain no Longer owned by team** (NEW URL = http://ps3toolset.com site should no longer be accessible whenever that happens, I don't recall the exact date though.
Hopefully the new setup will be ready by then.
