No. The user thought it might be for HAN but he was wrong.
Homebrews cannot work on HAN & most likely never will.

It probably wasn't stuck, I bet you rebooted while it was still installing. The progress bar can seem like its stuck sometimes, but if you check the HDD light you will probably see its still installing.

It was made for and tested on Rebug 4.81 REX, but seems to work on 4.82.2 REX too.

instalei XMB Package Downloader bom nao sei se foi "XMB packet downloader" mas ajuda-me, meu console travou na 4.82 (ps3 dex) Como posso consertar, quando entro na BIOS quando instalo atualizaçao pede para min instalar 3.50 ou posterior quando eu instalo dá um erro. porfavor me ajuda
