PS3 3 BD boards failed for remarry

Ive have followed this tutorial:

with three different BD daughter boards and I get the same error :"CEX_drive_init_sblock() failed" and just after that popup is another popup "CEX_drive_init() failed", by the tutorial it says to put a bluray movie in after to play even if an error as it can be still good but the movies dont show up at all. I once forgot I had a Bluray disk movie in the drive and tried to remarry and it had a different popup "CEX_drive_init_pblock() failed" and "CEX_drive_init() failed". I have used two bluray boards with a new laser assembly and even an old bluray board the type with the very thin black and red wire plugged in. Ive copied the eid root key to the usb000 and went into FSM so are my boards not compatible or something else. How can I find the correct BD board if the ones I have are not compatible

PS3 Fat CECHC02 PAL 60GB first installed 4.85 FERROX (cobra v8.20) CFW then [unofficial nobd-nobt] rebug 4.85.1 Lite

I googled for an answer and someone said they fixed the same error by "after you've dumped your eid through a noBD CFW, you must switch to a non noBD CFW and then perform the remarrying steps" unfortunately when I swap back to 4.85 FERROX (cobra 8.2) I cant use rebug toolbox fully because it says "your system is not running on compatible rebug configuration some options will not be available" and then it says "your system is not running on compatible rebug cobra configuration toggling cobra will not be available." is there a way to disable noBD for "LOU@Y Anonymous CFW Cobra 8.2 CEX 4.85 [NoBD]" or is there a pkg file to enter factory service mode for 4.85 FERROX (cobra 8.2) and a pkg file for remarry BD as I cant get to factory service mode and remarry BD because the menu in Network is not there.
