I installed rebug, everything works smoothtly, except that the bootscreen is STILL red!

I used the custom_render_plugin.rco from 1.02 to make this into a coldboot.raf. it's pretty close to the original:

the colors every month? do you mean to like black? yes, it's possible.

I mean like match it with my colour. For example, I've set my xmb background colour to green, so I want the startup animation to always be green too

it would be difficult without seeing the color.. why don't you set the color to green in the wave's options?

I do - what I mean is that when the ps3 starts up, it briefly shows a different colour that corresponds to the month, then it switches to what I set it to. I want it to be my colour all the time.

Are your black backgrounds extra colour options, or is it a theme?

it's not a theme. I just modified the .dds files in the wave file.

it's permanent unless you reinstall the firmware. yes, all colors are black and will stay that way.

Looks really nice man, thankyou! Is there a place I can download like a package or something of various different colours? Coming from psp to ps3 I'm eager to experiment and see what colours are out there
