Just to be sure, can I play multi-disc PS1 and PS2 games in BIN+CUE and ISO formats if using IRISMAN to load a disc, exiting it and then loading the next disc?
Like I've said before, yes, you can.

Why does IRISMAN run PS1 games directly instead of making the PS3 return to XMB and needing to click on the disc icon? This doesn't happen with PS2 and PS3 games.
There may be specific models more prone, but disc read errors were prominent. I think Sony even got a class action lawsuit filed on them because of it. Maybe the dvd drives in them were simply substandard?Oh, OK. Which models were those?
Because you can mount a PS1 ISO and then launch the emulator from multiMAN. With PS2 you need to inject the encrypted ISO into the ps2_netemu first, and then you load the PS2 Classic. With PS3 there is no launcher nor emulator, everything must be executed from the XMB.
