PS2 I cannot play game from MX4ISO (SD card)

I can open OPL and play game with flash drive but i cant play game on PS2 MX4SIO SIO2SD - bitfunx.
but when i access to OPL, it seems my OPL cannot detect MX4SIO(LED has light when PS2 working)

FMCB = FMCBinst-1966-[2024-11-01] (use FMCBInstaller_EXFAT)
PS2 Slim version SCPH-70006
OPL PS2 Loader V1.1.0
MY SD card is SANDISK Micro SDcard Ultra (140MB) A1 UHS-I C10 U1 (EXFAT format)

In which device(s) have you experienced this issue?
MX4SIO

USB Loader:
- Runs well

MX4SIO loader:
- I cannot save other settings, but can't seem to save specifically "BDM Start mode/ Block Devices MX4SIO on" settings. Just keeps saving indefinitely and needs reset
- It is not recognizes my MX4SIO with micro SD and does not show any games
