Any update on the Plex app. The link to the patched one doesn't work on the first post so I can't compare what's different to see if it can be spoofed or anything. I recently installed this and like it a lot. It would be fantastic to be able to see it on the ps3.

looks to be in the eboot itself, I don't remember if I edited the eboot before. I lost all my files in a hdd crash & then lost my uploads when they banned my mega account

Its a FREE Type Eboot. You just extract the Eboot.elf and change EnablePSN=true to EnablePSN=false.

*EDIT It's EnablePSN= not PSNAccess=

I decrypted the eboot.bin with TrueAncestor and tried to edit the eboot.elf with HxD but cannot find the PSNAccess=true.
Any more help is appreciated.

Only two things I could find in that VUDU elf where

netstartdialogunload

sceNpManagerGetAccountRegion()

Maybe null out some of them?

I doubt it's either one of those, with most of these apps it has almost alway been enablePSN

If you "null" sceNpManagerGetAccountRegion you will probably get 0x8002aa0c error. Or app will crash before that.

"netstartdialogunload" is also not related to psn.

Okay. Then I don't know how the ELF can be modified. Maybe someone can decompile it and remove the PSN need.

Or set NP environment to invalid so it cannot connect, or is that no solution?

Not sure what the problem would be, however, I just used it this morning to watch Making a Murderer and it worked just fine.

Are you using this version: Netflix v2.23 - No PSN - Spoof to v2.25.pkg?

Yes, I am the one that patched and created that package. I have it on two consoles at home and another at my parents house. You can try to delete it from the system, along with the game data and re-install.

That should be fine. Have you removed it, and its respective game data and re-installed?
