Custom folder since the original is for CFWYour config for some reason is not read. That's why it won't help.Do you used config from "original" folder?

Well, I do not know if it has to do with the case, but in the folder PS2PKG / USRDIR there is a new file called CONFIG but it has no extension, not even the PKG only has a file nameOk, just checkingNo idea why but your config is not added to pkg. Or not read by emulator. My bet is that is not added to pkg. Try recreate PKG, and check that config is visible in that secret menu. If it is, you will see

first I choose the game and then I encrypt it, then I insert the CONFIG and I encrypt it again, and I end up creating the PKG and then the Resigner and that's it, that's all I doDescribe how you created pkg, step by step.
