Hi there, I am following the Great PS3 Hen guide on playing my PS2 games without converting them to PKG but to no avail.
My games are ripped from my original discs, I tried Sega Ages OutRun (NTSC-J) and Marvel vs Capcom 2 (NTSC), the isos are perfect, I checked them and they boot on my PS2 console (with OPL) and on emulators on PC.
On the PS3 (it's a Slim one, running latest version of PS3HEN) I have some PS2 games installed as PKGs and they work without any problems.
I encrypted my games and moved to my PS2ISO folder on the HDD (using FileZilla with ETH cable),they are seen on WebMan.
Sometimes I get kicked back with a 80028F17 error (HAN is enabled), sometimes the emulator works, but it boots Tetris.
I doublechecked a lot of threads here, correctly renamed my rips (gamename.BIN.ENC) and I both tried placing them in separate subfolders and togheter in the PS2ISO folder.
I tried to reinstall the PS2 placeholder, and it correctly boot Tetris.
mmCM doesen't see my isos as bootable, I cannot see them in the Retro section and trying to open them with the file manager opens up a HEX editor.
I am clueless on what could be the error, please help me!
Thanks in advance.
