PS3 bricked? after installing mamba/prx loader

Hello all, I am wondering if there is any advice. I have a PS3 slim, it was running rebug rex 4.84.2, in CEX. I had cobra disabled. I downloaded the latest mamba/prx loader installer on brewology and installed it, I held the cross button in as instructions to install, I heard one beep which indicated successful and my PS3 restarted, but when it did, the screen appeared blank, all black. I no longer see anything from my PS3, and the indicater light on the unit is flashing between green and yellow. I unplugged the unit because it wouldn't turn off from the button, and plugged it back in and same thing, I've tried to get to the recovery menu, still nothing, and the light flashing green and yellow. I do not have FTP auto enabled on my PS3 whether this will make any difference, so I can't connect to it if it'd even be possible. Hardware wise, I'd check temps a lot, the RSX usually ran a tad bit hotter than the CPU, I kept wMM fan control aimed for 65C and it always stayed around here. Usually around 62-63. Sometimes it'd get hotter, but I don't recall ever seeing it past 67C and the fan would kick in and drop it back down.

I had wMM 1.47.20 installed, IRISMAN 4.84.4, Retroarch 1.7.7, rebug toolbox, and PS3Lock, which wasnt active because cobra was disabled, but still installed. Thanks

there's no reason for sprx patching to damage recovery menu,so it looks like your ps3 just gave up and you installing mamba loader was just a coincidence.ps3's typically die when used and rebooting being especially sensitive part.

however i'd try with a blank new drive and try to access recovery again.you don't have to use and/or format existing drive, you can try this with a blank and/or freshly formatted drive (ensure it's MBR).

Thanks, I do not know what was up with it. I formatted the drive on my PC, I did not have anything too important on it and didn't have a spare, and put it back in my PS3, booted up to safe mode and reinstalled rebug and everything seems to be working fine now. I must have just ran into some kind of bug, or something. Solved.
