Hello guys,
I am new here I read a lot and check the Rip Felix ylod documentary if I can call it this anyway long story short, I have bought a ps3 backwards compatible COK-002 motherboard with Yellow Light of Death, because if I was to buy a new second one working what was my guarantee it will not break or someone reflow it allready. Anyway I was opening up the seal was broken and replaced flux all over around GPU, I felt it a bit odd because I was hoping I will but at least one with original seals and never been open, anyway I went ahead and reflow the rsx and cpu plus the NIC-Tokin caps, I cant say I do electronics for living but I am no stranger neither. I save it from Ylod now coming with green light, yesterday is was a funny hdmi picture with mess up colors and after it turned in green lines across the screen and after black and now is no power from Hdmi at all and fans going pretty loud like on ps4 when u play a resourcing game and it haven't been clean for a while,I try again the reflow today and same problem, just green light it stays on but that's about it? Can somebody help me is the RSX or the hdmi port? BTW AV not working neither, Thank you guys very much!!
