PS3 (PS3) Is Yours Standup or laydown

Just wanted to know about everyones ps3...how they are working like mine has been laydown flat I never had it stand up but I wonder if it will be good over time like days,weeks, years? ive had it on for awhile now an it's doing good but I want to know if I stand it up will it get hotter or cool down more or less dust? anything worth knowing I guess just to see what people are doing with there's over time will it be the same as flat like heat wise or dust or anything worth knowing thanks again only on

My Ps3 white 500gb superslim got at a pawnshop works really good worth the buy

I wouldn't concern about temperature but more gravitation. TBH it's probably to minor difference to BGAs to be main problem over years of usage.

Anyway, my consoles always lie like precious pet in theirs den. ;p

Cool I was thinking about investing in a stand that's why
 
Mine stands, but it is digital ONLY...the BD drive works, but FL heat isn't friendly to optical drives. I also have my fan cranked up for added insurance.
 
I have mine both Verticaly and Horizontaly, temperature wise makes no difference, as long its not obstructing the airflow, you can rest easy.

Only PlayStation3 Models such as the 2000/3000 i have them laying Horizontaly, same with the PlayStation4, the 60Gb i keep it both ways, no temparature penalty.
