PS3 PS3 Slim CECH 3004B - Disc loading and ejection does not work

Hello.
I have a PS3 Slim CECH3004B.

My problem is that loading and ejecting the disc does not work for me.
The motor is functional (checked on battery - 3 volts), and so is the tape.
There is no short circuit between the plus and minus that goes to the motor (checked with a multimeter on the tape connected to the motherboard),
but for some reason, when I connect COM to the housing and Plus(V) to the minus of the motor or to its plus, the voltage is 0V, but when I press the button to eject the disc (the disc is inserted), the voltage of 5,5v appears on the minus and plus of the motor.

I also tried to enter the minus from the housing and the plus from one of these pins, but the motor does not move. I don't know what the problem could be. The components on the motherboard seem to be functional at first glance.

I would like to note that the console works without any problems, and the drive itself, when a disc is inserted, works, i.e. the disc is read correctly by the console.
The plate feeding mechanism is not blocked.

Can I find a description of the 8-pin tape on the Internet, which goes, among others, to the engine?
I want to make sure that my tape/the entire module is functional, because the plus of the motor goes to 2 pins on the tape, and the minus also goes to 2, and I can't find a description/diagram anywhere on the Internet.
