PS3 Slim from hell

Hi people of psxplace, I bought a slim that was never opened before on ebay, a cech2004-a that yloded, I of course tried changing the nec caps with some better tantalums. Then I quickly realized that power doesn't even get to the tantalums at all, the problem instead is probably a driver ic somewhere or a mosfet somewhere, now, the list of things i did try:
-replacing nec caps
-replacing the fds 4935bz near the 12v input
-remove the wifi/bt shielding
-new power board flex
-new harddrive
-BONUS=reflowing odd looking connections on the syscon
now I would be really grateful if someone found a diagram or something that explains the power sequence. I have plenty of fat donor boards to use.
