I recently purchased this PS3 Super Slim, but there's a few things that I'm not sure why is happening.
When I first booted it up, I was able to load HEN, MultiMan and Webman without any issues. I proceeded to install a number of games then played hours on it. I made sure to configure the fans on Webman so and placed the target at 60C, the fans were loud but I never had any overheating or performances issues because of it.
I turned off the controller, then the PS3SS using the power button. The LED indicator goes from Green to Red and it shuts off.
However, when I go back to turn it on the next day, the unit boots and shows the Green LED then to Red, then the LED goes out. If I try to press the power button again, nothing happens even if I hold it down.
I unplug the AC Cord, try again but same thing. Second time, same. The third time, it works properly and then it asks me to set the time and date.
I'm not entirely sure what's the cause, searching online people indicated that it could be a PSU issue but I'm not so sure since it is capable of running for hours as long as I don't turn it off.
Anyone got a clue to what it might be?
