PS1 PSone - No rotating disk & after close disk hud, screen gets NO SIGNAL

Hello, I have problem on my PSone, when I press the disk close button, laser make blinking and get NO SIGNAL screen.

The laser mechanism is new, I thought the problem was laser so i buy a new one, but makes same...

Also disk is not spinning. When laser is on left and I press power button laser goes sloooowly to right and after finish laser flashing

As I can see this is a chinese clone laser. I bought 4 of these, and all of them were defective. Better get a used laser assembly than this trash lasers, they are not worth anything

Yes, you are right, they are very cheap material...
But in my case there was a power supply cause, I bought new power supply block and now it's working.
