Thermal paste under IHS CEECH-3004A

Hi,
I'm looking everywhere and I can't find a clear answer, should I replace the IHS thermal paste under CELL and RSX in the CECH-3004A model? or only under RSX?
What about super slims CECH-4004C? I read about this and there is too no clear answer about that.
I know, if they work fine, I should do nothing, but I would like to know.

You will not be able to delid the 40nm rsx at all, the glue they used is a lot more rigid so it will not come off even with heat. The cell meanwhile can be delidded but it is very very risky. I personally have not seen a slim other than the 2001A that needs either the cell or rsx delidded. I would personally leave it alone unless it sounds like a jet engine.

I've de-lidded many 40nm RSX's and CELL's also on those systems. For an experienced de-lider with the right tool they are easy to do. I wouldn't risk a cech-4xxx CELL delid myself though.

its not worth to delid. Leave it as is.
