PS3 (TuT) Make your own coldboot logo and sounds

that's not the fade-in/out gui I remember. it had grey buttons and it looked like a normal gui. I guess the real question now is if you still need my help. I'm not well versed in photoshop, so maybe that would be better, especially since you can make it the way you want without having to rely on my understanding of what you want?

I'll have to try it and see.If I come up with anything, I'll post it. Otherwise, feel free to mess around with it still if you want.

Not useless, as you did what you did basically manually. More progress than I've ever made, to be honest. But I hear ya lol.
 
I'll let you do whatever. I'm trying to help myself, and I'm taking one pill at a time with circle of the moon game. I can't beat dracula on the game. I don't cheat either. it's amazing how easy it is to beat stuff when you follow a guide.

I dont fully understand what you said, but you do you :-p

EDIT: To be fair, that Coldboot Injector is just a shell script and arguably more complicated than what you were doing

I took your advice @esc0rtd3w and made it simple. I just used the bug injection logo w/ no footer.

here's what it looks like, but it says han (just noticed):

Its actually the blue bug, not the green HAN one. I thought I mentioned that, but maybe not.

Again, not to sound annoying, but the blue bug with ps3hen text is what I was suggesting, and also the bug by itself just to compare the 2.

Yeah, thats the bug. Hmmm I kinda forgot it had the ps3xploit text in it already. You're right, probably a bit too busy with ps3hen text also.

I think the bug is a PSD, no? So layers should be there. If its not a PSD then I guess it can't be used as I thought without extra work. If it is a PSD I think the bug and bug parts are separate layers and the ps3xploit text could be removed.

Edit: Honestly, the original ones you posted were probably better, with the egg and PS3HEN text. That style.

Edit 2: when I get home I'll post some image that I am seeing in my head, or at least slightly resembles it. Pretty much the egg without any text in it and the plain PS3HEN text with phatboy font. The egg being center left kinda where the text flows from the right side of the egg, with egg and text similar dimensions vertically, maybe egg slightly taller

Edit 3: Or just plain text, no logo. Clean and simple. Like the default rebug coldboot

ok i just realized how horrible i am using Photoshop lol

There is just one issue i noticed, is that you can see a slight outline of a box around the edge.

I just have 2 suggestions if you are willing to try and i think we can have a new default

1) Could you try making one with egg to the right, like this, but less shitty :-p?

2) Could you make one just with text only, maybe a little bigger. Similar to the default REBUG one? Kinda like this

Lastly, do you know how the fade is done from left to right?
