@aldostools i just picked up a CECHG01 40gb fatty and under both 4.88hfw and evilnat4.88.2cfw i get an error trying to install wmm latest as well as .31 versions.

The error: there is not enough free space on The system storage.

There is still 800mb of hdd space and lots on the usb stick. All other pkgs installed while on hen without issue. Just wmm so far. I didn't find any other topics regarding this issue. Any ideas?

Thanks

*Bump*

Is there any other info i should supply to help solve this?

Thanks

1. First check that your disk have enough free disk space in the internal HDD.
2. If possible do a free CFW install (just in case some homebrew or mod is causing the issue).
3. Download again the installer from the official site and install it again (just in case your previous installer was corrupted).
https://github.com/aldostools/webMAN-MOD/releases

4. If the error still happens, try installing the update package.
http://ps3.aldostools.org/webMAN_MOD_latest.pkg
5. If the error also happens with that version, try installing the plugin manually....
Extract webMAN_MOD_latest.pkg and copy the files & folders following the same folder structure.

NOTE: The steps 4 & 5 are not recommended because there are files not included in the pkg.

Omg... such a noob.... it was a hdd space issue, i misread it. I should have just formatted this unit fresh but wanted to know if any good info was left on it. Lol. Oh well. All working perfectly. Thanks as always.

Hi @aldostools : Is there a size limit for installing pkgs from net0?

I'm trying to use the latest ps3netserver and the latest wMM to install a large 20GB pkg from net0, via net0/PKG/ remap to dev_bdvd. It seems to just hang at 0% when I click install on my large pkg. I see no data moving on my network, no ps3 hdd light activity. If I try smaller pkgs they work ok.

There could be issues creating the the virtual ISO in memory if you have many files large files in that folder.
Check if ps3netsrv reports any error on the console.

Try moving the pkg to another folder with only that file. Then mount that remote folder instead of PKG.

Anyway installation of large files via ps3netsrv is very slow. I recommend to move the file to /PKG folder in a NTFS device, scan it with prepISO and install the PKG from webMAN MOD Games > BluRay & DVD folder.

Hello @aldostools .

In English via G-trad :

My PS3 is CFW compatible under 4.84.2 Rebug REX - Cobra 8.3. It is under the webMAN 1.47.42 "Full" installed (recent).
The problem is located in the messages announced when I switch this machine to webMAN "Lite" using the "L1+R1+Triangle" key combo, the message displayed is: "webMAN unloaded from memory!". If I check it, it went to "Lite" mode (Select+Start combo). If I redo the combo "L1+R1+Triangle", the message in English "webMAN unloaded!" is displayed but there, the webMAN has returned to "Full" mode (verified by the "L1+R1+Triangle" combo). These are not the messages I had before, they were consistent with the state of the webMAN in memory.
Is this display error correctable ?

Have a good evening !!!

Bonjour mon ami @aldostools .

Hello my friend @aldostools.

Can you reply to the previous message, I will be delighted. Thanks in advance.
I tried to do the same maneuver with a console not compatible with CFW (HFW-4.88.1/HEN-3.1.1) and it gives me two quick beeps as soon as I press the "L1+R1" combo +Triangle". Is this normal ?
Thank you in advance for your always thoughtful answers.

I didn't understand what is the error that you're reporting.

The combo L1+R1+△ is intended to unload webMAN full edition from memory and load webMAN lite edition.
The message is reporting that the plugin is being unloaded.

If you repeat the combo L1+R1+△ again from webMAN lite edition, it will load the full edition.

The WebMAN is not only "unloaded", it is also replaced by its "Lite" version. The announced message is misleading because it only announces that the webMAN is unloaded but not that it is replaced by a "lighter" version. Similarly, when the "light" version is replaced by the "heavy" version the message only says that it is unloaded but not that the "full" version is back in place. Doesn't seem totally logical or incomplete to me... What do you think ? Am I illogical ?

From what I could understand, are you suggesting that webMAN MOD should display switching to Lite/Full version instead of webMAN unloaded?

I still don't have clear your request. The combo L1+R1+△ is used to switch from Full to Lite and vice versa.

When you press L1+R1+△ from Full edition, the plugin is unloaded from memory. Hence you see the message that plugin was unloaded. At the same time the Lite plugin is loaded. If you haven't disabled the startup notification, a popup message should appear displaying webMAN's version (and the edition on CFW).

The combo is disabled if the UNLOAD WM (L3+R2+R3) is unchecked.

If the toggler is causing problems, I think it's better to remove that feature for future updates to prevent additional issues.

In English via G-Trad :

It's not really a concern that the behavior of the combo is done like this but, at home for example, I don't have any additional message indicating the version of webMAN and the edition on my console in CFW, I only have the first post. I have to do the "Start+Select" combo to get the "popup" of the running version.
Also, I don't do the L1+"R2"+Triangle combo as you say, but the L1+"R1"+Triangle combo. Which is the right combo???
Don't remove this feature because it has its uses. It is enough only that the message announces the "Full" or "Lite" version as soon as these are "mounted" via the combo, only that.
Thank you for your great kindness, sympathy towards me.

From what I could understand, are you suggesting that webMAN MOD should display switching to Lite/Full version instead of webMAN unloaded?
Yes, indeed, it makes more sense to have these "popups" on the screen once the combo has been made. This indicates better which webMAN features we can use !!!

@aldostools

I forgot and haven't checked how many plugins cobra/mamba can load but webman has 6 slots, can it be increased ? Currently we have 14 plugins available
