webMAN MOD

PS3 webMAN MOD - General Information Thread 1.47.48q

[MENTION=89]aldostools[/MENTION] for Devklic.. (klic.log) does the End user still need to hit refresh multiple times to get multiple devkeys being used on a game ?
"if we do the pending issue becomes if u cant hit refresh faster then the buffers read rate then u will miss some Devkeys if the Game uses many per item"

Also if there is any way to add the secure_file_id printing that would be sweet as well..

keep up the great work guys :)

try /klic.ps3?auto to start the polling of dev klic and /klic.ps3?off to turn off the service.

It also turn off automatically if you exit from the game.

/klic.ps3 should tell you the status of the polling service ;)

The secure_file_id dumper is something that I haven't looked yet. It could be hard to implement... Mysis implemented it in his latest POC, but his source code is close...
So I can't peek his code... Only I can check the code from flat_z, but I don't know if that it could be merged in the sprx without make it heavy.

No, and your post is off topic.

:troutslap: No this is not off topic.

About webMAN MOD? Yes
About latest feature? Yes.
Seeking help and advice on how to use and understand the feature? All acceptable in the webMAN MOD Info thread......

What is off topic is telling someone they are off topic when they clearly were not. Now because of that, we now have 2 off-topic post in the thread. (so what sense does that make?) So, please do not backseat moderate. There is a report a post button if you feel something is out of line.. please just use that button in the future. Just makes things a whole bunch easier that way . This community is about coming together not going against someone who is seeking help or who may know a bit less then you or I.

So how those tags works ? I'm confused :P
So let's say that i have the game Metal Gear Solid - The Legacy Collection (Disc 1) if i rename it folder to [online] Metal Gear Solid - The Legacy Collection (Disc 1) webman mod will automatically do what ever it needs to spoof and remove cfw syscalls to play online ? like sen enabler ?

I have not messed with this feature quite yet, but i believe it should be:
Metal Gear Solid - The Legacy Collection (Disc 1)[online] .ISO (I think) :) maybe someone can confirm to be sure..

What that does is disable cfw syscalls. nothing else nothing more. So it will not Spoof. it just makes it safer to play online, but that is theory at end of the day (as no one knows for sure what trigger a ban)... If you need a spoof still, then use SEN Enabler... Now Sen Enabler does also disable CFW syscalls but it does not support the [online] tag .

a small anoying thing: trying to open the vsh menu from the web browser will show add bookmark screen. [select] is maybe not the better choice at the end...
http://s13.postimg.org/6mrkg0qvr/screenshot_2015_10_21_18_47_58.png

I have tested using other buttons (e.g. :L3:+:R3:) but with these we have other problems, and TBH :select: seems to be the less used button in many applications.

The problem with the web browser is that almost all the buttons have a function... However, if you "double click" :select: in the Browser the VSH Menu will show properly.

By "double click" I mean hit :select: shortly (the bookmark will appear) then immediately hit :select: and hold it (the bookmark will be closed and VSH Menu will show)

thanks for the heads up :) and works good ..
one question with using that buffer is there anyway to Grab the file name with the key?

Key ; File : CID : Game Name : ID

or is this something that is not around at the time of the buffer ?

OK, here is a strange question that I hope I can get help with. To make a long story short, all games, when mounted, show up as "Corrupted Data".

Previously, I ran an USB disk on a linux server with unpacked games in folder GAMES. I used ps3netsrv64 to reach it.
That all worked great, but I wanted to use another server for it.

So I built a nice new Centos7 machine. Formatted the USB disk to XFS instead of BTRFS that I had before (Do not think this matters).
I start: ./ps3netsrv64 /mnt/ps3 38008 192.168.101.* > /var/log/ps3netsrv64 &
And I change the net0 IP on the PS3 in WebMan Mod to point to the new servers IP.

Everything works. I can scan XML, list the files fine etc and I can even mount a game. As soon as I jump back to xmb though, I only see "Corrupted Data" instead of the game disk.
I had previously used webMAN_MOD_1.43.04 but updated to webMAN_MOD_1.43.11. I thought that might be the issue, so I downgraded to webMAN_MOD_1.43.04 again but no go.

CFW Rebug 4.76.1 Lite. Cobra enabled, WebMan enabled. Thats about all I touched in the Rebug Toolbox. The old server worked for weeks without issues really.

All the games are in JB (? not ISO) format.

Hm, now that I think about it, the new disk only have the GAMES folder on it. Do I need the PS3ISO folders as well, even if empty? Trying =) Edit: No, no difference there...

Anyone know what I've missed? I tried in MultiMan as well, but for some reason, only a small fraction of the games show up in the list here when I refresh it, even though I can see them all through the filebrowser. It did this previously as well though, so I just guessed MultiMan does not like non ISO games..

Edit2: I tried converting one game to ISO and put it in the PS3ISO folder and it works. That was not required previously though?!

ISO works for some reason. Copying one locally now..

Edit: Works locally. Very strange! What did I miss on the external HD?

No, just Rebug 4.76.1 Lite and WebMan Mod really. Never use PSN on this PS3.

ps3netsrv64 does not say anything smart either.
# ./ps3netsrv64 /mnt/ps3 38008 192.168.101.*
Waiting for client...
Connection from 192.168.101.248

Current status:
Local disk: ISO = OK, JB = OK
Over network (ps3netsrv64): ISO = OK, JB = Corrupt data.

Is it called JB when its non ISO? I never remember =)

If all else fails, I can convert them all to ISO. I'd rather not though as I don't get the icons for the games then, unless I start it once first. And this DID work before.

If you installed the game data using an early version of Cobra, you'll have to reinstall the game data due the new permissions cause corrupted data.

So, try deleting the game data for these games on /net0

I don't know if the file name is somewhere in the memory location used to get the klic. I only implemented the example from Mysis.

However, if you put the gathered klics into dev_klics.txt, then start BruteForce_List_Edat_Klicensees.exe and drag & drop the game folder it will show the klic, content id and rap (if found in the raps folder) for each edat in the folder

For self/sprx, the klic is usually the same for all these kind of files in the game and PKG_ContentID.exe also shows it if the klic is found in dev_klics.txt or klics.txt

Thanks, but that's not it either I'm afraid. I've deleted all game data and it still wont mount OK over network (I did not even have game data for some of the games tested). So weird.

Have you tried to play a movie from /net0? Maybe the IP in /setup.ps3 is not correct or your network could have some intermittence.

Most of my games are in JB folders and they play fine from /net0 (using wireless but the framerate is terrible in some games).

I have not, but ISOs run fine. I can also browse the files fine from inside WebMan Mod.

Yeah, it did so for me too =) Just something must have happened when I switched network servers.

I'm now booting the old server to see if that still works. Although the HD I had the games on is formatted, I can copy one or two over and start the ps3srv on it.

Edit. Old server also gives me Corrupted Data on JB games and ISOs work there as well, so must be something on the PS3 I guess. Perhaps something got messed up when I updated to 1.43.11 that did not revert when I downgraded to 1.43.4.

Edit2: Just remembered that I have more then one PS3. I booted the one in the bedroom and it does the same thing, where as that worked fine with the old setup.
So the only real difference right now is that the games are stored on XFS instead of BTRFS on the linux server. That can NOT have anything to do with it. Bit of a loss what happened as its not the PS3 (old untouched one now does the same thing).

Ya my stuff has auto checks for the correct key but it was more for databasing. More then checking.

I will check the memory and see if I can find something.

Or so it does! I took a small USB drive, mounted it in linux and ran ps3netsrv64.
Formatted to BTRFS = OK
Formatted to XFS = Corrupt Data

I made sure to rescan and all between formatting the USB drive. I can run ISOs from both and read the files fine, just not JB games on XFS filesystem.

Mount options are default: /dev/sde1 on /mnt/ps3 type xfs (rw,relatime,attr2,inode64,noquota)

Format options:
# mkfs.xfs /dev/sde1 -f
meta-data=/dev/sde1 isize=256 agcount=4, agsize=488480 blks
= sectsz=512 attr=2, projid32bit=1
= crc=0 finobt=0
data = bsize=4096 blocks=1953920, imaxpct=25
= sunit=0 swidth=0 blks
naming =version 2 bsize=4096 ascii-ci=0 ftype=0
log =internal log bsize=4096 blocks=2560, version=2
= sectsz=512 sunit=0 blks, lazy-count=1
realtime =none extsz=4096 blocks=0, rtextents=0

Going to try EXT4 now.

Edit: EXT4 also OK. Trying a few mount options on XFS then... (for fun)
Edit2: Can't really see any difference with other mount options. Tested exFAT as well, but it also gives Corrupt Data on JB games.

I'm going to conclude this by reformatting the USB drive to EXT4. If you want to me do tests with XFS, I can on the old server. Just let me know.

Edit3: Verified on other server as well. Formatting the drive to EXT4 works with JB games. So to summarize:
If you want to use JB games on your network disk, the network disk should be either EXT4 or BTRFS. Stay away from XFS or exFAT or you'll get "Corrupt Data". ISO still works no matter what filesystem.

Create a text file and enter a single line terminated with new line character (or CRLF):
GET <command>

The <command> is the part of the URL after the IP address. Some examples (choose only 1 line):
GET /popup.ps3
GET /klic.ps3?log
GET /browser.ps3?http://ps3.aldostools.org
GET /browser.ps3$block_servers

Save the text file as wm_custom_combo and upload it to /dev_hdd0/tmp. The possibilities of custom commands is very wide :)

I test it and it works fine with the latest build... maybe you're using an early build or are forgetting to press :PS Button: before pressing :R2:+:[]: while you're in-game.

Here are the release candidates:

webMAN_MOD_1.43.11
404 Not Found

Changes in 1.43.11

- Custom combos (/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_custom_combo)
- Added log parameter to /klic.ps3 (saves klics into /dev_hdd0/klic.log)
- Block FW update URL (added support for custom /dev_hdd0/ps3-updatelist.txt - use with caution)
- Added command /browser.ps3$block_servers
- Updater: Fixed re-enable Cobra when installing on Rebug

prepNTFS 1.11
http://aldostools.org/temp/test/prepNTFS_1.11.pkg

IRISMAN 3.50.2
http://aldostools.org/temp/test/IRISMAN_Lite.pkg

Changes in 3.50.2
- Added support for folders with [auto] tag and auto-play assisted by webMAN MOD.
- Addressed issue detecting standard CFW with mamba disabled as Cobra
- Addressed issue detecting Mamba as Cobra (due Syscall 38 - sk1e payload)

NOTE: The files are not final and may be updated frequently without any notice.

tranks you

I have a quick question regarding webman's XMB list. Is there an entry cap of how many items listed? Ive got about 398 PSX Games on the system, and its not displaying all the titles under the XMB (Under web browser mode it is displaying all titles though). It cuts off the list around half to 3/4 to the end of the list. Is this a bug or a limit of webman / XMB? Thanks!
